Stylish stone house just 250 meters from Lake Iseo. A private, standalone home with lake views. This stone house is located just a short walk from Lake Iseo, in a quiet part of town. It’s not an apartment, but a fully detached house – ideal for those looking for privacy and their own space.
The house has two floors and around 80 m² of living space. Upstairs, you'll find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (200x112 cm) with a custom-made spring mattress. A large sliding window opens up to beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Just outside is a cozy balcony for two – perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
Downstairs, there’s a bedroom with two double beds (200x160 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. At the back of the house is a small shaded terrace – a nice spot to relax on warm days.
The house is fully equipped – including linens, towels, kitchen utensils, basic food items and other essentials. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults or up to 5 people with small children.
Free public parking is available about 20 meters from the house (no reservation possible). A space is usually available. If needed, temporary parking next to the house is possible – without any past issues.
